Refund policy
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our product, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@claramaeart.com and we will work with you to make you happy.
Damages
We do accept returns and will execute refunds for items that are damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, please email us at info@claramaeart.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to alert us of damage. Once we receive your damaged item, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days from receipt of the damaged item.
